More information

How does a variable area flowmeter work?

Variable area flowmeter, often called Rotameter, work by moving a float in a conical measuring tube that is mounted vertically. This measurement method provides a quick and easy reading of the flow, which is particularly beneficial in applications that require continuous monitoring and high precision. The float adjusts to the flow rate and allows easy reading directly on the scale. This technology provides an accurate and clear picture of the flow, which is critical in many different types of industries - from water treatment to chemical production.

Why choose Omniprocess variable area flowmeter?

High Precision

Our variable area flowmeters deliver results with very high accuracy. Whether you're measuring air, water or special liquids, you can rely on getting precise readings.
