Multi Instruments Isovent is a needle valve with a non-rotating stem tip, ensuring a tight shut-off without bubbles.
The valve is usually mounted directly on the process (inline instrument) with, for example, threaded NPT/BSP.P connections.
Optional:
- Male connection for socket weld and butt weld process connections
- OS&Y Fire Safe valve head, allowing use as a root valve
- [LB] Large bores (10 mm | 3/8" inner diameter)
This manifold is manufactured in AISI316/L NACE material as standard, but materials such as Monel, Hastelloy, Duplex, Super Duplex, Alloy 825/625, 6Mo/254SMO and Titanium are also available.
Standard specifications:
- Pressure rating (AISI316/L): 420 bar / 6000 psi
- Maximum working temperature: 200°C / 392°F (PTFE gasket)
- High temperature options: Up to 450°C / 842°F (graphite gasket)
Connections:
- Valve and/or test ports have a standard thread size of ¼″.
