Products sent to Service
To ensure a fast and efficient handling of your service request, please follow the guidelines listed below when sending products to us.
Counselling
Before returning products to us, please notify the service issue by e-mail to
service@omniprocess.se.
Enter the following in the subject line:
- - Service followed by your company name and contact person.
By informing us of what is being sent, we can plan and manage your case more efficiently.
Your order number
If your company requires a purchase order number for invoicing products and services, we need to receive a written order before we can start work.
Cleaning and fault description
Products that have been in operation must be cleaned before they are returned.
Please fill in one of our service forms and attach it to the product. Without this documentation, we will not be able to handle the product in our service department or pass it on to our suppliers.
In the form, we ask you to provide a brief description of the fault and answer questions related to cleaning.
Shipping and packaging
Products returned should be carefully packaged and sent via Swiss Post's Business Package or carriage to the following address:

Shipping costs for products sent to us for service are borne by the customer. We reserve the right to charge additional costs incurred if the above instructions are not followed.
Repurchases & Returns
To handle repurchases and returns quickly and correctly, we ask you to follow the guidelines below. This applies to products purchased or rented from us that do not relate to service cases.
Counselling

Right of Return and Buyback
OmniProcess stock items can be repurchased at 70 % of the item value after agreement with your contact person at our company. The following conditions apply:
- - The product must be in undamaged condition and returned in its original packaging with the manual and any certificates.
- - Labelling or marking must not appear on the product or its original packaging.
Please note that goods specially ordered on behalf of the customer and goods outside our regular range cannot be returned. Return costs are paid by the customer.

Returns of rented instrumentation
To ensure a smooth and efficient handling of returned rented products, we ask you to follow the guidelines below.

Before returning rented instrumentation, please notify the matter by e-mail to

By informing us of what is being sent, we can plan and manage your case more efficiently.
Return conditions
All rented instrumentation must be returned in original packaging and include all related parts, such as manuals and certificates. The instrument should be cleaned before return and the following form should be filled in and attached to the return:
Without this documentation, we cannot handle the product in our department or pass it on to our suppliers.
