Recently, we successfully completed the commissioning of our latest turnkey gas chromatograph (GC) project.
The entire installation was carried out in a custom-built container featuring Yokogawa GC8000, including an EXP-certified control cabinet and a heated sample handling system maintained at 80°C.
The actual commissioning took only three hours – making it an exceptionally successful startup. The GC8000 performed so reliably and consistently that no calibration was required.
Since the GC8000 is used to analyze a residual gas stream, the sample gas is both hot and wet.
