Prima BT Bench Top Process Mass Spectrometer

Prima BT Bench Top Process Mass Spectrometer

Achieve high scanning speeds and reproducible measurement results with the Thermo Scientific™ Prima BT Bench Top Process Mass Spectrometer.

This real-time process gas analyzer is specifically designed for laboratories engaged in process development and is a highly accurate multi-port analyzer based on magnetic sector mass spectrometry technology.

The Prima BT Process Mass Spectrometer delivers robust performance when analyzing exhaust gases and vapors that could otherwise contaminate internal vacuum components. By extracting ions from the ion source at high energy, the system achieves excellent stability when measuring low molecular weight species such as hydrogen and helium.

Characteristics

  • Scanning magnetic sector technology
  • Rapid Multi-Stream Sampling (RMS): 16 ports
  • Automatic calibration manifold: 6 ports
  • Flexible process integration: As an option, the Variable Pressure Inlet is available, enabling direct sampling at pressures ranging from 1000 mbar down to 0.3 mbar, ensuring flexibility even in demanding process applications.
  • High analytical precision, accuracy, and stability.
  • Thermo Scientific™ GasWorks™ software.
