The Thermo Scientific™ Prima PRO Process Mass Spectrometer is a highly reliable and versatile gas analyzer designed for fast, accurate, and multi-stream gas analysis. Utilizing advanced scanning magnetic sector technology, the instrument delivers high precision, extended calibration intervals, and excellent resistance to contamination, making it ideal for process monitoring in the chemical, petrochemical, biotechnology, semiconductor, and steel industries.

The integrated Rapid Multi-Stream Sampler (RMS) system enables analysis of up to 127 different process streams. With a single Prima PRO system, the need for multiple separate analyzers, such as gas chromatographs, can often be eliminated. This reduces maintenance requirements without compromising sampling frequency.

Encapsulated Electron Impact (EI) ion source with dual filaments, temperature-controlled (adjustable from 120–200 °C with an accuracy of ±0.1 °C).
